This has been a rough few weeks in my world and for some of the people I work with. When I asked for guidance this morning during a meditation, the image I saw was myself walking over gravel in bare feet. My feet were bloody and hurting, but standing still didn’t feel any better than moving forward. A Spirit Guide came to me and offered me a pair of shoes. They helped, but my feet still hurt. I heard intuitively that it was time to stop walking. I saw myself transform into a hawk and lift up into the sky. I landed on a mountain top similar to the one in this photo. Archangel Michael was there and he healed my feet. I heard him say that even though things going on for our loved ones or ourselves may be painful right now, we don’t have to experience them without support. “Seek higher ground, he said.”
So let’s do this together. Take a moment to use the meditation tips below and feel the majesty and beauty of Sedona. The rocks are old there. You can feel the ancient wisdom and deep sense of knowing. Sit on the rock at the top of the mountain. Let yourself merge into the beauty of the blue sky, the solidness of the red rock, the serenity of the silence. Maybe if we all spend some time there together, we can bring some of the peace it holds into the world.
Much love to you all!
How to Work with the Image
Take a moment to center yourself. Close your eyes and breathe in and out slowly three times. Let your exhale be longer than your inhale.
Open your eyes and focus on the image. Ask your Spiritual Support Team to help you come into harmonic resonance with the image and to receive the amount of energy from the essence of the place for your highest and best good.
Use your imagination to put yourself in the photo. Use all your senses to interact with what is shown. What do you feel, see, hear, smell, taste and touch as you connect?
Ask for Divine guidance on how you can incorporate the gifts from this essence into your own life and situation. Allow yourself to feel the love and support flowing to you and through you from the Earth and the Divine.
Repeat the affirmation (see caption) as you breathe in and out slowly.
Be open to any additional thoughts, sounds, smells, or images that come to you as you are working with the photo. Consider these as messages to support you on your path. Ask what these impressions mean to you. What do they make you think or feel?
Continue to recall the image throughout the day when you wish to bring in the energy it provides.
