This is the Morning Musing entry for today. The Morning Musing entries came about because I wanted to ask for Divine Guidance for my day. I use the vision/metaphor and the intentions I set based on what comes through to keep me focused on what I want to experience. I thought you might find it helpful too, so here is today’s message (and “today” is whatever day you come upon this!)!
The Vision…
I see a male lion walking away from me. Around its left front leg is a snake and an owl rests on its head. The lion is walking toward Great Spirit/God/the Divine who is surrounded by white light. When the lion reaches him the three creatures become one being-me.
The Reflection…
Lions are a symbol of power. They make me think of the sun and yang energy. They are confident an self-assured. Owls make me think of night-time and feminine wisdom. They see what is unseen, as they can see in the dark. They are often associated with clairvoyance. Snakes represent death and rebirth. For me, they often appear when I am ready for a transformation to occur. As the snake is wrapped around the left leg of the lion it suggests what is going through rebirth is the feminine or receiving aspect of me.
My Intention…
Today, I will allow the Divine to bring together my true essence. I will become a perfect blend of power, wisdom and love filled with Divine truth. I will allow myself to receive what I need for this integration to occur.
