I had an amazing day yesterday! I went to the Journey Expo in Kirtland, Ohio and attended a talk by Doreen Virtue, Ph.D. I actually got to meet her! For those of you unfamiliar with Doreen, she is a bestselling author who publishes through Hay House. She works with the Angelic Realm and is the author of all my favorite card decks (Healing with the Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters, Angel Therapy, etc.). I just thought I’d share a few key points she shared during her presentation in the hopes that you find them as helpful as I did!
1. Your Divine Reflection: Remember how you are! Love yourself! Appreciate everything about you and know that each part of you is perfect for your life mission (and yes, that includes the parts of you that drive you crazy!).
2. Do you love me?: Ask everything you put in and on your body that question before inviting it in! She reminded everyone that lotion goes into the body through the pores, so it counts too.
3. Simplify Your Life: Let go of the things that are weighing you down! We are moving into an age of cooperation, love, and joy. Relax and go with the flow!
4. Balance giving with receiving: Be sure to take time to relax and recharge. Those who are sensitive (and if you are reading this you are!) will find their sensitivity increasing. Take time to clear off lower vibrating energies (ask Archangel Michael for help with this) and be kind to yourself. As she said, even Jesus had to head to the woods for three days alone!
5. Clear Your Mind, Focus on Divine Life Purpose: Watch what you feed your mind so that you don’t get caught in negativity. She showed some slides from her book, Angel Words, which showed that negative words have very low energy and are toxic to the body. Choose life affirming, positive, loving words to talk about yourself and your life. Do your life work now by doing it part-time or incorporating it into the work you are already doing. Don’t wait!
